Women’s health, considered

Her7 is a contemporary Chinese medicine and acupuncture practice in Sydney’s Lower North Shore and Inner West supporting women through the changing seasons of their health - from first cycles and fertility to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.

Traditional wisdom. Modern understanding. Care that begins with listening.

support through every phase of you

Her7 delivers care that is:

  • Considered

  • Evidence-informed and clinically grounded

  • Individualised

  • Focused on the wider picture, not symptoms in isolation

  • Warm, calm and personalised

The whole picture matters

Health is rarely one dimensional. Chinese medicine has always understood the body as one connected system, where cycles, sleep, stress, digestion and the different stages of life all influence one another, and how we feel.

Navigating your health can sometimes mean bringing together different opinions, test results and advice, while trying to understand what it all means for you.

Whether you are managing changing symptoms, preparing for pregnancy or navigating fertility treatment, Her7 offers time to explore your concerns, understand your goals and consider the wider picture.

Through Traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical understanding, Renee develops a personalised approach, creating care that is individual to you.

the difference

In Chinese medicine, a woman's life is understood to unfold in cycles of seven years, each stage bringing its own changes, and calling for its own kind of care. Her7 takes its name from this principle, and it shapes everything about the practice: care that considers not just where you are today, but the stage of life you are moving through.

01 / Evidence informed care

Every recommendation is grounded in clinical experience, ongoing study and current evidence. Traditional medicine, practised with modern rigour.

02 / Chinese medicine, respected

Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are not an afterthought here. They are sophisticated systems of healthcare with a long clinical tradition, practised thoughtfully and responsibly.

03 / Modern understanding

Traditional knowledge does not have to exist in opposition to modern healthcare. Where relevant, pathology, medical diagnoses, medications, reproductive treatment and contemporary research are considered alongside a Chinese medicine assessment.

04 / A practitioner who stays curious

Sometimes health is straightforward. Sometimes it isn't. Her7 is a space to ask questions, look at the whole picture and find a clear pathway forward, without unnecessary fear or overwhelm.
