What To Expect
Your initial consultation runs for 75-90 minutes, giving time to properly explore your health history before any treatment begins. Follow-up appointments run for approximately 60 minutes.
Please bring any recent test results, referrals or medication lists you have; they help Renee see the full picture. Wear comfortable clothing that can be rolled above the knees and elbows.
If herbal medicine is appropriate for you, it will be discussed together during your consultation. Formulas are individually prescribed, and nothing is ever recommended without a clear reason.
New to acupuncture? Most are surprised by how gentle it is. The needles are extremely fine, and many people find treatments deeply relaxing. If you're nervous, let Renee know, everything moves at your pace.
